3 youths were arrested on charge of rape a 13-year-old girl of Kanchanpur. According to Inspector Gindra Bahadur Bogati of Area police Office Beldandi the arrested were Ganesh Khatri-19, Ramu Khand-18 and Sandip Joshi-19 of Belauri-10, Bandajal,Kanchanpur. Police said they arrested the accused after a girl of Beldandi-3, Khairighat filed a FIR against them. According to the victim girl the boys Gannesh Khatri has raped her on September 15 by taking her to nearby Siddanath Secondary School as she was came out for toilet around 9 Pm. Previously in the same day Sandip joshi has threatened her in phone she added. बालिकालाई जबर्जस्तीकरणी गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले ३ जनालाई पक्राउ गरेको छ । पक्राउ पर्नेमा बेलौरी नगरपालिका-१० बण्डजालाका १९ बर्षीय गणेश खत्री, १८ बर्षीय रामु खांड र १८ बर्षीय सन्दिप जोशी रहेको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बेलडाँडीका प्रहरी निरीक्षक गिन्द्र बहादुर बोगटीले बताए । उनका अनुसार अनुसार बेलडाँडी गाउँपालिका-३ खैरिघाटकी एक बालिकाले दिएको किटानी जाहेरीको आधारमा उनीहरुलाई पक्राउ गरिएको हो । पिडित बालिकाका अनुसार गत भदौ ३० गते रति घरबाहिर शौचालय जाने क्रममा नजिकैको सिद्धनाथ माबि स्कुलमा लगेर गणेश खत्रीले उनलाई बलात्कार गरेका थिए र त्यसैदिन दिउँसो सन्दिप जोशीले उनलाई फोन गरेर धम्क्याएका थिए । ।
