Police have arrested 30 years old Mohamad Hakim of Agnisair Krishnasawaran rural Municipality-2, operating a tailor shop in Kanhanrup Municipality-12 on the night of October 16 on charge of raping 17 years old girl. The complaint against the accused was lodged at Area Police Office on the same day by the victim’s family. He was arrested by the police and handed over to the District Police Office based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family according to inspector Dilli Bahadur Chauhan. The victim underwent a health checkup at Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital on October 17 according to police. १७ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले अग्नीसाइर कृष्णसवरन गाउँपालिका-२ घर भई कञ्चनरूप नपा-१२ रूपनगर चोकमा हाकिम टेलर्स सञ्चालन गरी बसेका ३० वर्षीय मो. हाकिमलाई असोज ३० गते राति गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडितलाई आरोपितले असोज ३० गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा तत्कालै गिरफ्तार गरी आरोपितलाई जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा बुझाएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कञ्चनरूपका इन्स्पेक्टर डिल्लीबहादुर चौहानले बताए । पीडित बालिकाको सानै उमेरमा विवाह भएकाले सानै उमेरमा उनको एक छोरासमेत छन् । पीडितको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण राजविराजस्थित गनासिं सगरमाथा अञ्चल अस्पतालमा असोज ३१ गते गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
