The locals of Rautahat district has padlocked the primary school at Paroha municipality ward number 5, following the principal's reckless behavior.The School Management Committee and guardians together padlocked the school for its infunctionality invited by lack of attention by the school principal. According to the committee's chairperson Satyanarayan Raut, the situation was such that the teachers would stay idle all day and were less productive. Moreover, the committee accused the principal of making some transfers that were financially motivated and against the recruitment policy. While doing so he would not even inform the committee. रौतहटको परोहा नगरपालिका वार्ड नम्बर ९ मा रहेको प्राथमिक विद्यालयमा प्रधानाध्यापक मोहम्मद दविर आलमको लापरवाहीका कारण दिन प्रतिदिन विद्यार्थीहरु अनुपस्थित हुँदै गएका छन्।विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिका अध्यक्ष सत्यनारायण राउतका अनुसार विद्यालयमा शिक्षकहरु बसिबसि तलब पकाइरहेका छन्।सो विद्यालयमा केहि समस्या आउनासाथ उनीहरु भाग्ने अथवा उपस्थित नहुने गरेको गुनासो स्थानीयले दिए।त्यस्तै दरबन्दी सम्बन्धि विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिलाई नै जानकारी नदिई मनमौजी तरिकाले शिक्षकलाई सरुवा गर्ने गराउने गर्दै आइरहेको राउतले बताए। आक्रोशित भएका व्यवस्थापन समितिका अध्यक्ष लगायत अन्य सदस्यहरु तथा अभिभावकहरुले विद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरेका छन्।
