Police have arrested 43 years old Bindeshwori Kumar Ram of Dakneshwori Municipality-7 and 19-year-old Sangeeta Kumari Ram on November 29 on the charge of polygamy. Shyamsati Devi,35, the first wife of Bindeshwori Ram had lodged a complaint against her husband at police office on October 28 for polygamy and complaint was registered by police on October 29. The accused was married to his first wife, 13 years ago and he has three daughters from his first wife.
