Locals in Doti enforced vehicular strike in Dipayal from 7am to 5pm demanding to designate the regional headquarters as the provincial capital. The protesters torched a motorcycle for defying their strike and also vandalised regional office of Urban Development and Building Construction. The protesters staged demonstration by burning tyres outside the regional administration office from early morning. प्रदेश नम्बर ७ को राजधानी दिपायल तोकिनु पर्ने माग गर्दै डोटीमा बुधबार बिहानैदेखि चक्का जाम भएको छ । आन्दोलनकारीले दिपायलको प्रमुख व्यापारी केन्द्र पिपल्ला बजारका विभिन्न ठाउँमा बिहानैदेखि टायर बालेका छन् । चक्का जामका कारण सिलगढी, बाजुरा तथा अछामबाट तराईका लागि छुटेका गाडी रोकिएका छन् । राजधानी माग गर्दै संघर्ष समितिले एकहप्तादेखि शान्तिपूर्ण र्‍याली आयोजना गर्दै आए पनि त्यसको सुनुवाई हुनुको सट्टा राजधानी धनगढीका लागि सिफारिस गरिएको भन्दै चक्का जाम सुरु भएको हो । आन्दोलनकारीले ढुंगा, मुढा राखेर बाटो अबरोध गरेका छन् ।
