The locals of Bhimsen Rural Municipality-4, Baguwa have vandalized vehicles protesting the decision against shifting the center of Bhimsen RuralMunicipality. They are agitated since four days regarding the decision and had called on strike on January 5. The protestors have set fire on tractor and motorbike which sustained minor damage. Locals of Bhimsen Rural Municipality have padlocked the office of Rural Municipality and office of the administrative officer. The strike has affected the daily work of the municipality. Ward chairperson Prem Chandra Shrestha said that locals are agitated against the decision of Rural municipality chairperson Ishwor Pandey to shift the center in Ghyampesal without informing locals. भिमसेन गाउँपालिकाको केन्द्र सार्ने तयारी भएको भन्दै विरोधमा उत्रिएका भिमसेन गाउँपालिका-४ वगुवाका स्थानीयहरूले पुस २१ गते ट्याक्टर र मोटरसाइकल तोडफोड गरेका छन् । चार दिनदेखि चरणबद्घ आन्दोलनमा उत्रिएका स्थानीयहरूले पुस २१ गते गाउँपालिका बन्दको आह्वान गरेका थिए । सोही क्रममा बन्दको अवज्ञा गरेको भन्दै ना १२ प ९०१० नम्बरको मोटरसाइकल र लु ४ त ३६६३ नम्बरको मोटरसाइकलमा आगजनी गरेका हुन् । आगजनीका कारण ट्याक्टर र मोटरसाइलमा सामान्य क्षति पुगेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय गोरखाले जनाएको छ । स्थानीयहरूले पुस २० गते गाउँपालिकाको अध्यक्ष र प्रशासकीय अधिकृतको कार्यकक्षमा तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । तालाबन्दीका कारण गाउँपालिकाको काम ठप्प छ । गाउँपालिका अध्यक्ष इश्वर पाण्डेले सरसल्लाह बिनै केन्द्र घ्याम्पेसाल सार्न लागेकाले आफुहरू विरोधमा उत्रिएको वगुवाका वडा अध्यक्ष प्रेमचन्द्र श्रेष्ठले जानकारी दिए । गाउँपालिका अध्यक्ष इश्वर पाण्डेले भने बहुमत सदस्यको सहमतिमै केन्द्र सार्ने तयारी गरिएको बताए ।
