The locals of Dipayel who has been protesting by demanding Dipayel as the capital of province 7 had announced Dipayel as the capital of province no. 7 from a road. On Sunday, they had announced Dipayel as the capital of province no. 7 by making the map of province 7. The local protesters had marched the rally with the candle from Pancheshwor Temple before announcing and making the map of Province no.7 in front of regional administration office. The protesters said they will continue the protest until the government address their demand. प्रदेश नं. ७ को राजधानी दिपायल हुनुपर्ने माग राख्दै १२ पुसदेखि जारी आन्दोलनमा आन्दोलनकारीहरुले नयाँनयाँ तरिका अपनाउँदै आएका छन् । आइतबार प्रदर्शनकारीहरुले क्षेत्रीय प्रशासन कार्यालय राजपुर डोटी अगाडि प्रदेश नं. ७ को नक्सा बनाउँदै डोटीलाई राजधानी तोकेका छन् । स्थानीय पञ्चेश्वर मन्दिरबाट मैनबत्ती जुलुस निकाल्दै क्षेत्रीय प्रशासन कार्यालय अगाडि पुगेका आन्दोलनकारीहरुले सडकमै नक्सा बनाई राजधानी तोकेका हुन् । लामो समयसम्म आन्दोलन गर्दा पनि सरकारले नदेखेझै गरेकाले दिउँसै मैनबत्ती जुलुस निकाल्नु परेको आन्दोलनकारीहरुको भनाइ छ । ‘प्रदेशको नक्सा बनाई भौगोलिक दुरीमा आधारमा सबै जिल्लालाई पायक पर्ने डोटी नै हो भन्ने देखाउनका लागि हामीले नक्सामाथी पनि मैनबत्ती बालेका हौं,’ एक आन्दोलनकारीले भने । सरकारले आफ्नो माग नसुनेको भन्दै शुक्रबार थाल ठटाउँदै र शनिबार सिठी बजाउँदै प्रदर्शन गरेका आन्दोलनकारीहरुले आफ्नो माग पूरा नभएसम्म सडकमै रहने उदघोष गरेका छन् ।
