Principal Narayan Bahadur Thapa of Bal Kumaru Secondary School at Narayangadh was misbehaved by the AKHIL (Revolutionary) affiliated to Nepal Communist Party, on February 5 by smearing black soot on to his face inside the school premises. The district leader Sudeep Paudel of the organization said that he was misbehaved on charge of financial anomalies while building the school, monopoly in the appointment of staffs and charging higher fees.
