A rape case has been filed against a man in District Police Office Sindhupalchowk on Tuesday. Family of a 13-year-old girl lodged a complaint against 45-year-old Sankhalal Tamang of Jugal rural municipality-5 Baramchi accusing him of raping the girl on January 13. The victim's mother came to district headquarter Chautara on Sunday after she came to know about the incident. She revealed that she found out about the incident only after her daughter suffered health problems due to the crime. The victim underwent medical examination at District hospital in Chautara on Monday. Meanwhile, SP Mohan Prashad Pokhrel of DPO said that police are looking for the accused who is on the run. १३ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा जुगल गाउँपालिका-५ बराम्चीका ४५ वर्षीय शङ्खलाल तामाङविरुद्ध ०७४ फागुन ८ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दर्ता भएको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले पुस २९ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएको थियो । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्यमा समस्या आएपछि उनकी आमाले आफ्नी छोरीमाथि बलात्कार भएको कुरा फागुन ६ गते थाहा पाएर उजुरी दिन सदरमुकाम आएको बताइन् । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण फागुन ७ गते चौतारा अस्पतालमा भएको छ । पीडित बालिकाको उपचार सोही अस्पतालमा भइरहेको छ । आरोपित हालसम्म फरार रहेकाले खोजी कार्य जारी राखेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका एसपी मोहनप्रसाद पोखरेलले बताए ।
