Police have arrested 17 years old brother on February 23 on charge of killing 15 years old sister of Barbardiya Municipality-3. The accused had killed his sister Sabitri Tharu on the night of February 23 while she was sleeping according to the police. The seriously injured victim was rushed to Nepalgunj medical college however she died on the way according to DSP Yuv Raj Khadka of DPO. The postmortem of the body was conducted on a same day. सौतेनी बहिनीलाई कुटपिट गरी हत्या गरेको अभियोगमा एक युवक पक्राउ परेका छन् । बाह्रबर्दिया–३ का १७ वर्षीय श्यामलाल थारु पक्राउ परेका हुन् । उनले आफ्नै सौतेनी आमाको छोरी १५ बर्षीया साबित्री थारुलाई फरुवाले टाउकोमा प्रहार गर्दा गम्भीर घाइते भएकी थिइन् । र, मेडिकल कलेज कोहलपुरमा उपचारको क्रममा मृत्यु भएको हो । प्रहरीका अनुसार थारुलाई शुक्रबार पक्राउ गरिएको हो । थप अनुसन्धान थािलएको छ ।
