Police on Friday arrested 48-year-old Mahendra BK of Panchakanya rural municipality-4 Thaprek on the charge of raping a 23-year-old mentally disabled woman. BK was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's family. In the complaint the victim's party accused BK of raping her on Thursday, March 1, 2018. The victim underwent medical examination at district hospital Trishuli on Friday. सुस्त मनस्थिती भएकी २३ वर्षीया युवतीलाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले पञ्चकन्या गाउँपालिका-४ थप्रेकका ४८ वर्षीय महेन्द्र बिकलाई फागुन १८ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित युवतीलाई आरोपितले फागुन १७ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएपछि अनुसन्धानका लागि आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । पीडित युवतीको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण त्रिशूली जिल्ला अस्पतालमा फागुन १८ गते गरिएको छ ।
