Cadres of ANNISU-R have padlocked Mahakali zonal hospital citing the hospital administration's apathy to the request to improve service at the hospital. Kanchanpur district chairperson of ANNISU-R Birendra Raj Bista said that although they had submitted a memorandum to the hospital administration to improve different aspects of the hospital including manpower, medical equipments amongst others in the past, the hospital administration have allegedly ignored them. The hospital administration have however, cited that discussion on the demands put forward by ANNISU-R are ongoing. अखिल क्रान्तिकारीले महाकाली अंचल अस्पतालमा तालाबन्दी गरेको छ । क्रान्तिकारीले बिगतमा अस्पताल सुधारका लागि ज्ञापन पत्र बुझाउँदा समेत अस्पताल प्रसाशनले सुधारको लागि कुनै पहल नगरेको जनाउंदै अस्पतालमा तालाबन्दी गरेको हो । अखिल क्रान्तिकारी कंचनपुरका अध्यक्ष बिरेन्द्र राज बिष्टले अस्पतालमा जनशक्ति/उपकरण लगायत अस्पतालको समग्र सुधारका लागि सम्बन्धित निकाय माझ ज्ञापन पत्र बुझाउदा पनि वास्ता नगरेकाले तालाबन्दी गरेको बताए । अस्पताल प्रसाशनले भने क्रान्तिकारीले अघि सरेका मागको बिषयमा छलफल भइरहेको जनाएको छ ।
