The locals of Kalikamai rural municipality-4 padlocked the ward office. They did padlocking as a protest against the absence of chairperson of the ward. The locals said that the ward chairperson mostly stays in Birgunj because of which it is difficult to get the work done and it is also difficult to get the allowance in time कालिकामाई गाउँपालिका-४ को वडा कार्यालयमा स्थानीयले तालाबन्दी गरेका छन्। वडा अध्यक्षको अनुप्स्थितिप्रति आपत्ति जनाउदै उनीहरुले तालाबन्दी गरेका थिए। निर्वाचित वडा अध्यक्ष अधिकांश समय विरगंज बस्दा वडाको काम गराउन कठिनाई भएको साथै सामाजिक सुरक्षा भत्ता वितरण हुन् नसकेको भन्दै तालाबन्दी गरेको स्थानीयले बताए। सानो कामका लागि पनि वडा अध्यक्षलाई भेट्न विरगंज धाउनुपर्ने बाध्यता रहेको र बारम्बार ध्यानाकर्षण गराउंदा बेवास्ता गरिएको कारण तालाबन्दी गरेको वडावासीले बताए।
