Family members of a child, who was crushed to death by a tractor in Doti on Sunday evening, enforced a chakkajam demanding fair investigation into the incident on Monday. Vehicular movement in Kulpate of Dipayal has been obstructed since this morning. They have not received the body yet demanding proper compensation. Three-year-old Biswash Kati of Khatigaun, Shikhar Municipality-1 was crushed to death by the tractor (Se 2 Ta 908) at Rajpur in Silagadhi Municipality-4 of Dipayal at around 4 pm yesterday. Discussions are underway at the Area Police Office, Dipayal, regarding compensation and other demands the family members. The kith and kin of the deceased have demanded Rs 1.2 million compensation. से २ त ९०८ नम्बरको ट्रयाक्टरले एक बालकलाई ठक्कर दिँदा घटनास्थलमा नै बालकको ज्यान गएपछि क्षतिपूर्तिको माग गर्दै बालकका आफन्तले डोटी बन्द गराएका छन् । क्षतिपूर्तिको माग गर्दै उनीहरुले गएरातिदेखि डोटीमा चक्का जाम गरेका छन् । शिखर नगरपालिका–१, खाती गाउँका ३ वर्षीय विश्वास खातीलाई आइतबार राजपुर बजारमा ट्रयाक्टरले ठक्कर दिँदा उनको घटना स्थलमै ज्यान गएको थियो । ठक्कर दिने ट्रयाक्टर मालिकसँग १२ लाख रुपैयाँ क्षतिपूर्ति माग गर्दै मृतकका आफन्तले डोटीमा चक्का जाम गरेका हुन् । चक्का जामका कारण तराईबाट अछाम, बाजुराका लागि आएका दजनौं सवारी साधनहरु अहिले डोटीको कुल्पातेमा जाममा परेका छन् । उक्त गाडीमा भएका सयौं यात्रुहरु बिच बाटोमै अल्पत्रमा परेका छन् । मृतकका आफन्तसँग बाटो खोल्ने विषयमा वार्ता भइरहेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय डोटीले जनाएको छ । मृतकका आफन्तले कुलपातेमा ढुंगा, मुडा तेस्यायर बाटो अवरोध गरेका छन् ।
