A woman whose surname is Sunar, was sexually abused by 3 people convincing her that they would help get her citizenship. The woman was frequently going to the District Administration Office in order to get her citizenship. A staff from the office told her that he would try his best to help her and asked for her number. He then gave her number to another guy. That guy called the woman and said that they can help. However, he said that she will have to give them 50,000 RS and also spend night with them. They called her to Phultekra. The woman went there thinking that they would help her. However, they abused her forcefully. She ran from there and went to District Administration Office. She complained it to Chief District Officer Ramesh KC. KC then informed the police about it and told them to take strict action against the culprit. The woman filed a case against them on March 17. Police arrested 2 of them the other day while the woman couldn't identify the third person. विवाहित एक सुनार थरकी महिला नागरिकता बनाउनका लागि जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यलयमा धाइरहिन। उनले आफूले पहिला नागरिकता बनाइसकेको बताएपछि जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयका कर्मचारीहरुले रेकर्ड खोज्ने प्रयास धेरै गरे। फेला परेन। न त उनले यहाबाट लागेको भन्ने केहि आधार नै दिन सके। महिला सधैंजसो आउने गर्न थालिन। कर्मचारीहरु पनि न उनले केही आधार दिन सक्छिन न त् रेकर्डमा भेटिन्छ, उनलाई वास्ता गर्न छाडे। यही बीचमा जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयमै काम गर्ने एकजना कार्यालय सहयोगीले ती महिलाप्रति स्नेह देखाए। 'म त केहि गर्न सक्दिन, तर मेरो एउटा साथी छ। उसले तिम्रो मदत गर्न सक्छ।' भनेर प्रशासन कार्यालयका सहयोगीले ती महिलाको नम्बर लिए। महिला पनि नागरिकता पाउने भैयो भन्ने कुराले खुशी भइन। ती कर्मचारीले अर्को मान्छेलाई ती महिलाको नम्बर दिए। उनले महिलालाई नागरिकता दिने आश्वासन दिलाए। नागरिकता बनाउन ५० हजार लाग्ने र उनीहरुसंग केहि दिन सुत्नुपर्ने माग राखे। महिलालाई फूल्टेकरामा बोलाइयो। नागरिकताको आशामा रहेकी महिला ट्या आइपुगिन। तीनजनाले उनीमाथि जबर्कस्तीको प्रयास गरे। महिला त्यहाँबाट भागेर जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय पुगिन। प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी रमेश केसी समक्ष यो कुरा पुग्यो। उनले आरोपीलाई थुन्न र वास्तविकताको अनुसन्धान गर्न प्रहरीलाई निर्देशन दिए। महिलाले शनिबार ३ जनाको नाममा जबर्कस्ती करणी उद्योगमा उजुरी दिईन। दुई जनालाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ भने एक जनालाई महिलाले चिन्दिनन।
