A 33-year-old man has been arrested from Bhimsen rural municipality-6 in accusation of raping his 65-year-old mother. The man's wife had filed a complaint stating that her husband had raped his mother on the night of May 3rd. According to the police, investigation regarding the incident is on-going. In the statement given by the mother to the police, it was stated that the sexual relationship was kept in agreement of both involved. However, according to Sub-Inspector Roshan Shrestha, incest case will be filed against the accused. भिमसेन थापा गाउँपालिका–६ मा आफ्नै आमालाई करणी गरेको अभियोगमा प्रहरीले ३३ वर्षीय एक युवकलाई पक्राउ गरेको छ । युवककी पत्नीले ६५ वर्षीया आमालाई करणी गरेको देखेपछि युवकविरुद्ध प्रहरीमा उजुरी गरेकी थिइन् । पत्नीको उजुरीका आधारमा युवकलाई प्रहरीले नियन्त्रणमा लिएको जनाएको छ । बैशाख २० गते राति युवकले आमालाई करणी गरेको उनकी पत्नीले प्रहरीसँग बताएकी छन् । प्रहरीले घटनाबारे अनुसन्धान भइरहेको जनाएको छ । प्रहरीसँगको बयानमा भने आमाले सबैकुरा सहमतिमै भएको उल्लेख गरेकी छन् । सहमतीमै भएपनि हाडनाता करणी अभियोगमा मुद्दा लाग्ने जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका सई रोशन श्रेष्ठले बताए । उक्त अभियोगको सजाय अधिकतम आजीवन जेल सजायसम्म हुनसक्ने कानुनी ब्यवस्था छ ।
