Janaki Rural municipality vice chairman's son has been arrested in accusation of manhandling construction businessman over tender. Police arrested Chandra Dhital and Kiran Ale in accusation of threatening businessman and manhandling them. Chandra Dhital is a son of Janaki Rural Municipality vice chairman Bhumisara Dhital. Janaki Rural Municipality had opened the tender of 9 million for different development works. जानकी गाउँपालिकाले आह्वान गरेको टेण्डर दर्ता गर्नेक्रममा गुण्डागर्दी भएको छ । गाउँपालिकाले आह्वान गरेको टेण्डर दर्ता गर्न पुगेका ठेकेदारहरुलाई बिहीबार ‘गुण्डाहरु’ले हातपात गर्दै अवरोध गरेका छन् । पछि जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय बाँकेका प्रहरी उपरीक्षक टेक बहादुर तामाङले थप फोर्स पठाएपछि गुण्डागर्दी गर्नेहरु तितरवितर भएका थिए । प्रहरीले टेण्डर दर्तामा गुण्डागर्दी गर्दै अवरोध गर्ने चन्द्र धिताल र किरण आलेलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ । पक्राउ परेका धिताल जानकी गाउँपालिका उपप्रमुख भुमीसरा धितालका छोरा हुन् ।
