Police have arrested 20 years old Laxmeshwor Mahato Nuniya of Samsi Rural Municipality-4 on charge of raping 15 years old girl. SP Kuber Kadayat of DPO said that the victim’s party had lodged complaint against the accused at police office on May 8 on charge of rape on May 6. The victim underwent health check up at District Hospital of Jaleshwor on May 8 and investigation on the incident is undergoing according to police. १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले सम्सी गाउँपालिका-४ का २० वर्षीय लक्ष्मेश्वर महतो नुनीयालाई वैशाख २५ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका एसपी कुवेर कडायतले दिएको जानकारी अनुसार पीडित बालिकालाई वैशाख २३ गते बलात्कार गरेको भन्दै पीडित पक्षले वैशाख २५ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएपछि आरोपित नुनीयालाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको हो । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण जिल्ला अस्पताल जलेश्वरमा वैशाख २५ गते गरिएको छ ।
