Motimaya B.K from Makwanpur seeks justice for her 19-year-old niece, who died in the beating by her husband. She claimed that her son-in-law killed her 19-year-old niece Dil Kumari BK on 21st April. She has also lodged the complained at the police office in Makwanpur but the police are not positive about the incident, said her. They didn't take any action against the perpetrator. She said that her niece's husband Adi Bahadur BK poisoned her and took her life on April 21, under the influence of alcohol. She also said that they were residing in a rented house and that he used to hit her often after getting drunk. On May 22, she fell down unconsciously and was dead under the influence of alcohol. However, police said that upon the examination of post-martum report and interaction with the neighbours, no evidence of murder was found. मोतीमाया बिकले भदैनीको हत्या भएको दाबी गर्दै जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय मकवानपुरमा किटानी जाहेरी दर्ता गरे पनि प्रहरीले पक्राउ नगरेको आरोप लगाएकी छिन्। उनले १९ बर्षीय भदैनी दिल कुमारी विकको उनकै पति अडीबहादुर बिकले संगै भएको बेला हत्या गरेको दाबी गर्दै व्यहोरा उल्लेख गरेर किटानी जाहेरी दर्ता गरे पनि हालसम्म पक्राउ नगरेको आरोप लगाएकी हुन्। हेटौडा-८, कमानेमा डेरा गरी बस्ने अडीबहादुर र र पत्नी दिलकुमारी बीच पटक पटक झगडा हुने गरेको र अडीबहादुरले रक्सी खाएर कुटपिट गर्दै आएको व्यहोरा उल्लेख गर्दै फुपू मोतीमायाले बैशाख १३ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा किटानी जाहेरी दर्ता गरेकी थिइन। बैशाख ८ गते घटना भएपनि उदयपुरमा बस्दै आएकी मोतीमायाले हेटौडा आएर जाहेरी दर्ता गरेकी हुन्। उनले बैशाख ८ गते राति करिब १ बजे अडिबहादुरले कुटपिट गरेर र बिष खुवाएर हत्या गरेको आरोप लगाएकी छन्। उनले दिएको जाहेरीमा रक्सी खाएर पटकपटक कुटपिट गर्दै आएको पनि उल्लेख फुपूले ज्वाईले भदैनीको हत्या गरेको किटानी जाहेर दिएपनि मृतक दिलकुमारीका दाइले बैशाख ९ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा अचेत अवस्थामा लडेको र अस्पताल ल्याउने क्रममा बाटोमा मृत्यु भएको भनि फुटकर ज्यान मुद्दा अन्तर्गत जाहेरी दिएका थिए। त्यहि जाहेरीको आधारमा पोष्टमार्टम प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएर आफन्तले शव बुझेका थिए। जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका नायब उपरीक्षक दिलिपराज झाले हत्या प्रमाणित भए किटानी जाहेरीका आधारमा पक्राउ गरिने बताए। उनले पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट, छिमेकीसंगको कुराकानी र घटनाको अवस्था अनुसन्धान गर्दा हत्या भएको नदेखिएकोले पक्राउ नगरिएको प्रतिक्रिया दिए।
