Police have arrested 51 years old father-in-law Prem Patel on May 22 on charge of killing his 23 years old daughter-in-law Rinku Patel of Parsagadhi Municipality-4, Hardaspur. The accused was arrested by the police from his house and investigation of the incident is initiated according to the SP Rewati Dhakal of District Police Office of Parsa. Another accused Bupendar Patel, 25 is at large and search for him is going on according to the police. The absconding accused Bhupendra is the victim’s husband. Police said that the postmortem of the body has been conducted at district hospital on May 21. Police had recovered the dead body from the victim’s house on May 20. He father-in-law however is claiming that she committed suicide however the victim’s family is accusing him of killing. The victim’s family has alleged that she was killed over a dowry dispute according to DSP Man Bahadur Rai of DPO. पर्सागढी नपा-४ हरदासपुर की २३ वर्षीया रिङ्कु पटेलको हत्या गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले जेठ ८ गते ५१ वर्षीय ससुरा प्रेम पटेललाई गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । घरमा लुकिछिपी बसिरहेको अवस्थामा घटनाका आरोपित प्रेमलाई गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धान सुरू गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय पर्साका एसपी रेवती ढकालले बताए । उक्त घटनाका आरोपित रिङ्कुका २५ वर्षीय पति भूपेन्द्र पटेल भने फरार रहेका छन् । उनको खोजी कार्य भइरहेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयले जनाएको छ । शव पाष्टमार्टम गरि जेठ ७ गते नै पीडित परिवारको जिम्मा लगाइएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । जेठ ६ गते रिङ्कु घरैमा मृत अवस्थामा भेटिएकी थिइन् । उनले पासो लगाएर आत्महत्या गरेको ससुरा पटेलले बताएका छन् । माइती पक्षले भने रिङ्कुको हत्या भएको भन्दै कारबाहीको माग गर्दै जेठ ७ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय अगाडि प्रदर्शन समेत गरेका थिए । प्रहरीका अनुसार पासो काटेर रिङ्कुको शवलाई खाटमा सुताएको अवस्थामा भेटिएको थियो । जेठ ६ गते नै प्रहरीले रिङ्कुका पति र ससुरालाई गिरफ्तार गरेको भएपनि अनुसन्धान नगरी छाडेको पीडित पक्षको आरोप छ । रिङ्कुका बुवा बीरगञ्ज महानगरपालिका-१७ अलौका ५० वर्षीय प्रभू पटेलले दाइजो बापत दिएको पाँच कठ्ठा खेत बेच्न नमान्दा आफ्नो छोरीको हत्या गरिएको दावी गरेका छन् । रिङ्कुका बुवाले जेठ ७ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएको डीएसपी मानबहादुर राईले बताए ।
