A complaint has been lodged against 60-year-old Ram Bahadur Shrestha of Falgunanda rural municipality-1 on May 25 at District Police Office Panchthar for allegedly raping a 34-year-old woman. Inspector Prakash Kumar Gupta of DPO informed that police registered the complaint and arrested the accused on the same day. In the complaint the woman has stated that Shrestha raped her on May 6 while she was alone. Police are further investigating on the incident. ३४ वर्षीया महिलालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा ०७५ जेठ ११ गते फाल्गुनन्द गाउँपालिका-१ का ६० वर्षीय रामबहादुर श्रेष्ठविरुद्ध जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दर्ता भएको छ । पीडितले दिएको उजुरी दर्ता गरिएको सो कार्यालयका इन्स्पेक्टर प्रकाशकुमार गुप्ताले बताए । पीडित महिलाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण जेठ १० गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ । पीडित पक्षको सूचनाका आधारमा सोही दिन आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको इन्स्पेक्टर गुप्ताले जानकारी दिए । एक्लै भएको बेला वैशाख २३ गते आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेकाले कानुनी कारबाहीका लागि उजुरी दिएको पीडितले बताइन् ।
