Police have arrested 24 years old Bhim Kumar Nembang of Phalgunanda Municipality-5 on May 30 on charge of raping 15 years old girl. The complaint against the accused was lodged at District Police Office on May 27 according to police. The absconding accused was arrested for the investigation based on a complaint lodged according to DSP Bam Dev Gautam of DPO. The search for another absconding accused Bikram Chemjong of Phalgunanda Municipality-5 is undergoing according to Gautam. The victim was raped by the accused on May 23 according to victim’s party. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital on May 25. १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले जेठ १६ गते फाल्गुनन्द गाउँपालिका-५ का २४ वर्षीय भीमकुमार नेम्वाङलाई गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडितले दिएको उजुरी जेठ १३ गते दर्ता गरी फरार रहेका आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका डीएसपी बामदेव गौतमले बताए । सोही घटनामा संलग्न भई फरार रहेका अर्का आरोपित फाल्गुनन्द गाउँपालिका-५ का १८ वर्षीय विक्रम चेम्जोङको खोजी कार्य भइरहेको डीएसपी गौतमले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितद्वयले जेठ ९ गते बलात्कार गरेको पीडित पक्षले आरोप लगाएको छ । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण जेठ ११ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ ।
