Police have arrested a youth for raping a 16-year-old intellectually disabled girl. Police have arrested 20 years old Milan Blon of Jitpur-Simara Sub metropolitan-17, Lamidada Bara. On Sunday, Blon had raped 16 years old intellectually disabled girl who was cutting grass in the maize field. Relatives have lodged a complaint police after they know about the incident. SP Mira Chaudhary of Bara Police said they were investigating over the incident taking Blon into the jail. सुस्त मनस्थिति भएकी १६ बर्षीया किशोरीलाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले एक युवकलाई पक्राउ गरेको छ । पक्राउ पर्नेमा जितपुरसिमरा उपमहानगरपालिका-१८ लामीडाँडा निवासी २० बर्षिय मिलन ब्लोन रहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । ब्लोनले गर आइतबार बिहानै मदिरा सेवन गरेर मकैबारीमा घाँस काट्दै गरेकी किशोरीलाई बलात्कार गरेको पीडितका आफन्तले बताएका छन् । घटनाको बारेमा थाहा पाएपछि पीडितका आफन्तले प्रहरीकोमा उजुरी गरेका थिए । पक्राउ परेका मिलन ब्लोनलाई प्रहरी कार्यालय बाराको हिरासतमा राखी अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको बारा जिल्ला प्रहरी प्रमुख मिरा चौधरीले जानकारी गराइन ।
