Police on Wednesday arrested 25-year-old Bhuwan Luhagun, a resident of Rong rural municipality-5 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old teenager. Police arrested Bhuwan on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's family at Area Police Office Pashupatinagar on Tuesday, in which the victim's family stated that Bhuwan raped the teenager on Monday. The victim underwent medical examination at district hospital on Monday. Police are further investigating on the incident. १६ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले रोङ गाउँपालिका-६ का २५ वर्षीय भुवन लुहागुनलाई जेठ २३ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले जेठ २१ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडितका आफन्तले जेठ २२ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय पशुपतिनगरमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण जेठ २१ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ ।
