34-year-old Ramesh Budhathoki, a resident of Dhangadhi-3, was arrested on June 19 in accusation of trafficking an 11-year-old girl to India on June 12. The girl's family had requested INSEC and Maiti Nepal for her rescue after she was abducted. According to Inspector Bhagwati Timilsina of Women and Children Service Center, whereabouts so the girl is unknown but investigation regarding the incident is underway. ११ वर्षीया बालिकालाई जेठ २९ गते भारत पुर्‍याई बेचबिखन गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले धनगढी उपमहानगरपालिका-३ का ३४ वर्षीय रमेश बुढाथोकीलाई असार ५ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । चार कक्षामा अध्ययनरत बालिकालाई आरोपितले जेठ २९ गतेबाट सम्पर्कविहीन गराएको आरोपमा पीडित बालिकाका आफन्तले उद्धारका लागि इन्सेक र माइती नेपाललाई समेत आग्रह गरेका थिए । बालिकालाई कहाँ र कुन ठाउँ पठाइयो भन्ने प्रमाण प्राप्त हुन नसकेकोले घटना बारे थप अनुसन्धान भइरहेको बालबालिका तथा महिला सेवा केन्द्रकी इन्स्पेक्टर भगवती तिमल्सिनाले बताइन् ।
