Police have arrested 38-year-old Bhikhan Ram of Kadag Municipality-7 on June 20 on charge of raping eight years old girl. The victim’s father had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Kalyanpur on charge of rape on June 14. On June 15, police registered the complaint against the accused and the victim underwent a health checkup at Uma Prasad Sharada Memorial Hospital in Lahan on a same day. आठ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले खडग नपा-७ का ३८ वर्षीय भिखन रामलाई असार ६ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले जेठ ३१ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित बालिकाका बावुले इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कल्याणपुरमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । प्रहरीले असार १ गते उजुरी दर्ता गरी सोही दिन पीडितको लहान नपा-३ स्थित रामकुमार उमाप्रसाद शारदा स्मारक अस्पतालमा स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गरिएको थियो ।
