Police have arrested 22 years old Shyam Bahadur Pulami of Bardhaghat Municipality-15 on July 9 on charge of raping 13 years old girl. The victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office of Parasi on July 9 against the accused and the accused was arrested on a same day based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s party according to SI Tika Ram Pokhrel of DPO Parasi.
