Indra Sha, an engineer at the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction was arrested on a charge of attempt to rape of two teenage girls staying in a hotel room. Sah was drunk and went to the hotel room where he tried to rape the two teenage girls. Sah was handed over to the police by the hotel owner and neighbours. होटलमा कोठा लिएर वसिरहेका दुई किशोरीलाई करणी गर्न खोजेको आरोपमा शहरी बिकास तथा भवन डिभिजन कार्यालय रामेछापमा कार्यरत इन्जिनियर इन्द्र साहलाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । मदिरा सेवन गरी होटलमा कोठा खोज्दै जाँदा साहले सोही होटलमा सुतेका किशोरीमाथि करणी प्रयास गरेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । किशोरीहरु चिच्याएपछि होटल संचालक तथा छिमेकीले साहलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिई प्रहरीको जिम्मा लगाएका थिए । साहलाई करणी उद्योगमा मुद्धा चलाइएको प्रहरी निरीक्षक राजेन्द्रकुमार थापाले बताए ।
