Biplov maoist threatens ward chairperson to resign

Dilli Ram Neupane, ward chairperson of Chatrakot rural municipality-4 was threatened by Biplov maoists through a letter. Biplov maoist has asked the chairperson to resign from the post accusing him of engaging in corruption.
The letter also says that Neupane has been involved in corruption of Rs 9 lakhs.
