A complaint was lodged against a 32-year-old Chandra Bahadur Budhachhetri at District Police Office Surkhet on Tuesday on the charge of raping his own 15-year-old niece. Family members of the victim lodged a complaint against him accusing him of raping the teenager repeatedly through false promise of marriage. According ot the victim's family he last raped her on July 6 near their house. He also reportedly threatened her not to tell about the inciden to anyone. The victim underwent medical examination on July 7 at District Hospital, through which it was discovered that she had gotten pregnant. The victim's family has also demanded him to be charged with incest. Meanwhile, police are looking for the accused who went on the run following the incident. १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा ३२ वर्षीय मामाविरूद्ध पीडित पक्षले जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सुर्खेतमा साउन ८ गते उजुरी दिएका छन् । आरोपित बुढाक्षेत्रीले ०७४ फागुन महिना यता विवाह गर्ने प्रलोभनमा पटकपटक तथा असार २२ गते घर नजिकको जङ्गलमा बाख्रा चराइरहेको अवस्थामा बलात्कार गरेको पीडित पक्षले आरोप लगाएका छन् । घटनाका विषयमा कसैलाई भनेमा चन्द्रबहादुरले मार्ने धम्की समेत दिएको पीडितले बताइन् । पछिल्लो पटक बलात्कारको घटना भएपछि पीडितको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण असार २३ गते क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल सुर्खेतमा गरिएको छ । स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गर्ने क्रममा पीडितको पेटमा गर्भ रहेको थाहा भएपछि बलात्कार तथा हाडनाताकरणी अन्तर्गत आरोपितलाई थप सजाय हुनुपर्ने पीडित पक्षले माग गरेको छ । उजुरी दर्तापछि फरार रहेका आरोपितको खोजी भइरहेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय सुर्खेतका इन्स्पेक्टर शङ्कर श्रेष्ठले बताए ।
