[Updated] A complaint was lodged at Area Police Office Aathrai Sankranti on Wednesday against 56-year-old Chakra Bahadur Fombo of Aathrai rural municipality-2 on the charge of raping a 10-year-old girl. In the complaint, the victim's side has accused Fombo of raping the girl on July 21 and threatening to kill her if she told anybody about it. The victim's side lodged the complaint with the help of members of Women's Right Forum Khamlalung, informed DSP Rajan Bhujel. Meanwhile, police are looking for the accused. १० वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा आठराई गाउँपालिका-२ खाम्लालुङका ५६ वर्षीय चक्रबहादुर फोम्बोविरूद्घ पीडित पक्षले साउन ९ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय आठराई सङ्क्रान्तीमा उजुरी दिएका छन् । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले साउन ५ गते बलात्कार गरेको र कसैलाई भने मारी दिने धम्की दिएको पीडित पक्षले प्रहरीमा दिएको उजुरीमा उल्लेख छ । बलात्कारको घटना गाँउमै मिलाउन लागेको अवस्थामा महिला अधिकार मञ्च खाम्लालुङका सदस्यहरूको सहयोगमा पीडित पक्षले प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका डिएसपी राजन भुजेलले बताए । सदरमुकाम म्याङलुङ्बाट ६३ किलो मिटर टाढा आठराई सङ्क्रान्तीमा उजुरी परेकाले पीडित बालिकालाई जिल्ला अस्पतालमा ल्याएर स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गर्न अझै २ दिन लाग्ने डिएसपी भुजेलले बताए । फरार आरोपितलाई हुलियाको आधारमा खोजी थालिएको डिएसपी भुजेलले बताए । Update.... He was arrested from the jungle where he was hiding. The victim’s party had lodged complaint at police office on July 25 on charge of rape on July 21. He was at large after the incident. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital on July 25 according to the police.
