Students of Universal Medical College on Sunday vandalised the hospital and staged demonstration after a student studying Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in the college died during the course of treatment at the hospital in Bhairahawa. Mahadev Sah, a permanent resident of Janakpur, was admitted at the hospital for treatment after some pustules appeared in his body. He passed away while undergoing treatment at the ICU. The students resorted to demonstration accusing negligence on the part of the hospital for Sah’s death. The students gathered on the hospital premises and started chanting slogans saying that Sah died because he was administered wrong medicine. A large number of security personnel have been deployed at the hospital. युनिभर्सल मेडिकल साइन्स कलेज तनावग्रस्त भएको छ । उपचारका क्रममा बीबीएस चौथो सेमेस्टरमा अध्ययनरत महावेद शाहको मृत्यु भएपछि अस्पताल तनावग्रस्त भएको हो । जनकपुरका २२ वर्षीय शाहको उपचारका क्रममा मुत्यु भएपछि विद्यार्थीहरुले अस्पताल तोडफोड गरेका छन् । उनीहरुले अस्पतालको आइसियु कक्षमा टोडफोड गरेका छन् । उत्तेजित विद्यार्थीहरुले समाचार संकलन गर्न गएका पत्रकारको क्यामेरा समेत तोडफोड गरेका छन् । उनीहरुले एपीवन टेलिभिजनको क्यामेरामा तोडफोड गरेका हुन् ।
