A dalit woman has been raped in Suntan of Panauti municipality-9 of Kavre on July 30. She was allegedly raped by Krishna Ramtel of the same place. The accused rapist has gone on the run following the incident. Due to very poor economic conditions, the victim is facing financial difficulties in undergoing treatment. Locals has also accused the police of showing apathy in arresting the accused rapist and giving justice to the victim. पनौती नगरपालिका वडा-९ सुन्तनमा श्रावण १४ गते बेलुकी एक दलित महिलाको बलात्कार भएको छ। बलात्कार घटनाका मुख्य आरोपित सोही ठाउँका कृष्ण राम्तेल भने फरार रहेका छन् । बलात्कृत महिलाको आर्थिक अवस्था कम्जोर भएकोले उनको उपचारमा समस्या भएको स्थानीयले जनाएको छ। प्रहरीले फरार आरोपीको खोजी गरेर उनलाई पक्राउ गरि पीडित महिलालाई न्याय दिलाउन खासै चासो नदिएको पनि स्थानीयले आरोप लगाएका छन्।
