Police on Wednesday arrested a 17-year-old teenager on the charge of raping a 4-year-old minor girl. Police arrested the teenager on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's family on Wednesday at Area Police Office Belatari. The victim's family accused the teenager of raping the minor girl on Tuesday, August 7. The victim underwent medical examination at Prithvichandra district hospital. Police are further investigating on the incident. चार वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले १७ वर्षीय बालकलाई साउन २३ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले साउन २२ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडितका आफन्तले साउन २३ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय, बेलाटारीमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । पीडित पक्षको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि गिरफ्तार गरिएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बेलटारीका सई राजन थापाले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ परीक्षण साउन २३ गते पृथ्वीचन्द्र जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ ।
