Patients were affected after Doctors and other staffs closed the OPD department of Kolti primary health center in Budhinanda rural municipality demanding allowances from the past 8 months. Bijay Shah one of the doctor of Primary health post, Kolti said they had started protest as they were not given allowances for extra work in holidays and other time. बाजुराको बुढीनन्दा गाउँपालिकाको कोल्टी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रका चिकित्सकहरुले आकस्मिक बाहेकका सेवा ठप्प पर्दा बिरामी मर्कामा परेका छन् । आठ महिनादेखि अतिरिक्त समय र सट्टा बिदाको समयमा काम गरेको भत्ता नपाएको भन्दै स्वास्थ्य सेवा ठप्प परेपछि स्थानीय समस्यामा परेका हुन् ।आफुँहरुले गरेको अतिरिक्त काम र भत्ता नपाएपछि आकस्मिकबाहेकका सेवा बन्द गर्न बाध्य भएको स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रका डाक्टर बिजय शाहले बताए।
