Police have arrested 60 years old Sunder Lal Jhagar of Rangeli Municipality-2 on August 26 on charge of raping 70 years old elderly woman. The victim’s party had lodged complaint at Area Police Office lately only after knowing about the incident on August 26. The accused was immediately arrested by the police for investigation after the complaint was lodged according to inspector Kabindra Karki of Area Police Office of Rangeli.
