Jumla's headquarter Khalang has been closed since morning demanding the identification of the murderer of 43-year-old Radha Krishna Budhthapa, resident of Chandannath Municipality-2. The lives of people have been affected because of this bandh. Budhthapa was found dead on August 5. Locals have accused police of not carrying out the investigation seriously. There was a deep mark in the head and lower body of Budhthapa. His body was found near the river of a hotel, where he had gone for lunch. Police have taken hold of hotel owner Khadkajit Rokaya and Angel Lama for investigation.
