Police have arrested 28 years old Khadga Bahadur Thapa of Biruwa Rural Municipality-2 on September 7 on charge of raping 13 years old girl. The victim’s acquaintances had lodged complaint at District Police Office of Syangja on September 7 on charge of rape on September 5 and he was arrested for investigation according to SI Chandra Bahadur Bhujel of DPO. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital on September 7. १३ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले विरुवा गाउँपालिका–२ का २८ वर्षीय खडकबहादुर थापालाई भदौ २२ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालार्य आरोपितले भदौ २० गते बलात्कार गरेको भनी पीडित बालिकाका आफन्तले भदौ २२ गते दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धान कार्य अगाडि बढाएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय स्याङ्जाका सई चन्द्रबहादुर भुजेलले बताए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण २२ गते गरिएको छ ।
