Police have arrested 40 years old Pawan Thakuri of Ruru Rural Municipality-1, Ridi on September 16 on charge of sexually abusing 12 years old girl. The victim was abused by the accused on September 16 and on a same day the complaint was lodged against him according to police. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Palpa on September 16 according to DSP Binod Ghimire. १२ वर्षीया बालिकालाई यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले रूरू गाउँपालिका–१ रिडीका ४० वर्षीय पवन ठकुरीलाई भदौ ३१ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले भदौ ३१ गते यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा सोही दिन जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । पीडितको भदौ ३१ गते जिल्ला अस्पताल पाल्पामा स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका डिएसपी बिनोद घिमिरेले बताए ।
