Police have arrested 20 year old Thagendra B.K of Nasikhola Rural Municipality-5 and 25 years old Ram Bahadur B.K of the same place on charge of raping 15 years old girl of the same place. The victim’s party on September 18 had lodged complaint against the accused at police office on charge of rape on September 12. The incident was attempted to be settled within the village however the victim’s party lodged complaint and based on a complaint, the accused duo were arrested by the police according to Inspector Rind Bahadur Baidawar of Area Police Office of Jhiwakhola. The victim underwent health checkup at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital on September 19. १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले निसिखोला गाउँपालिका-५ का २० वर्षीय थगेन्द्र विश्वकर्मा र सोही ठाउँका २५ वर्षीय रामबहादुर विश्वकर्मालाई असोज २ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितद्वयलाई भदौ २७ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले असोज २ गते प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएको थियो । घटनापछि गाउँमै मिलापत्रको प्रयास गरेपनि सो सम्भव नभएका कारण एक हप्तापछि मात्रै पीडित पक्षले प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएको र सोही आधारमा आरोपितद्वयलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय, झिवाखोला इन्स्पेक्टर ऋणबहादुर बैदवारले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण असोज ३ गते धौलागिरि अञ्चल अस्पताल बागलुङमा गरिएको छ ।
