A youth was arrested and handed to police by locals in Hariwan of Srlahi in accusation of raping and making pregnant to a 17 years old girl. 23 years old Bishal Bhujel of Ishworpur-12,Sarlahi have been arrested and handed to police by locals. According to locals Bhujel lured and raped a girl and had absconded. According to DPO Sarlahi the victims family had filed a complaint as they known about the incident. The police is investigating over the incident and is processing to take action according to new Muliki act.
