As Aaurahi Municipality Office got shifted locals are on protest. In the coordination with Rastriya Janata Party's leader Daresh Yadav protest is going on since last two weeks. Without addressing the complaint, office got shifted due to which locals are getting even more aggressive.According to Daresh Yadav, making 075/076's budget public, making municipal assembly's decisions public, local participation in planning, re-structuring of judicial committee are their demands. Mayor Sunil Yadav accused that protesters are protesting just for the shake of going against the municipality's decision. Yadav said demands can be addressed only if they are relevant and valid. However, daresh and other disappointed locals have warned to strengthen the protest.
