Bibechana:Youth arrested on charges of raping 4yo girl

Police arrested 22-year-old Raj Kumar Hemran of Kankaai-7,Jhapa on charges of raping a 4-year-old girl on Oc 5. According to the police Hemran was arrested on the spot at a nearby field with the girl around 9 pm. He was arrested on the basis of an eye- witness's information.The girl was rushed to Mechi Zonal hospital,Bhadrapur for medical examination while Hemran was put into custody for investigation.
