Youths of Province No. 5's Purbakhola Rural Municipality have padlocked the Municipality Office. According to one of the local youths, they had to padlock the office because of its administrative irregularity, misuse of public vehicles, money squandered by consumers committee. Purnakhola Youth Society are demanding that public hearing and discussion should be done in the process of plan formatting, municipality office building's construction, worker's management, irregularity in Ujyalo Champaign, misuse of public vehicles, worker's foreign visit, declaration in election, current situation and so on. Purbakhola Rural Municipality's President is assuming that trouble might have occurred due to disagreement in technical matter. He also added that in what matter opponents are having disagreement is not clear, 15 points memorandum is submitted. Thapa said office will be re-opened from Monday.
