Man accused on charge of rape

Police on Sunday arrested 31-year-old Bishnu Bahadur Shahi of Beldadni rural municpality-2 in Kanchanpur on the charge of raping a woman from Bhaktapur. Shahi had gone on the run after allegedly raping a 30-year-old woman from Dudhpati in Bhaktapur municipality-1.
