A member of District Coordination Committee of Sindhupalchowk, Desh Bahadur Tamang was attacked with Khukuri and bottle of beer . Tamang has been seriously injured in the attack.

Tamang had been injured because of his own brother's attack. Anad Bahadur Tamang, 32 years old, residing in Indrawati Rural Municipality-5 attacked by his brother with beer bottles over a dispute about road construction. Tamang, who has injured in head, is currently undergoing treatment at Dhulikhel Hospital.

A statement released by Balkumar Sapkota, Vice- President of District Coordination Committee mentioned that on monday, at Melamchi Municipality-12 Bahunepati , Tamang has been attacked.

The committee has condemned the group of unauthorized element for attacking and injuring Tamang. According to the statement release, immediate action against the perpetator is demanded.
