A 67 years old father Gopal Darai of Bharatpur Metropolis ward number 27 is injured in a retaliation while saving her intellectually unable 22 years old daughter being raped by 22 years old Hari Bhakta Mahato of Bharatpur Metropolis-11 on the night of November 8.
The accused had attempted to rape a girl by breaking the door on the night of November 8. During the retaliation, father Gopal Darai sustained fractured leg and he is undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Hospital.
Police have arrested the accused on November 9 after the complaint against him was lodged at District Police Office of Chitwan on November 9.SP Sushil Singh Rathaur of DPO said that he will be charged under the attempting to rape act.
