Police arrests man on the charge of rape in Lalitpur

Metropolitan Police Circle, Lalitpur on November 13 arrested Resham Bahadur Pakhrin, a self-claimed housing developer from Lalitpur on the charge of repeatedly raping a 25-year-old woman since September 17. According to the victim's family Pakhrin had been repeatedly raping the woman by blackmailing her by using a video he made while raping her. Police arrested him on the basis of a complaint filed by the woman on October 31.
