Police arrests youth on rape charge in Terhathum

Police on Wednesday arrested 23-year-old Santosh Limbu of Kumyak rural municipality-4 Ranigaun on the charge of raping a 13-year-old minor girl from Myanglung municipality-3 on Tuesday night. Police are further investigating on the incident.
