Youth publicly humiliated for allegedly stealing mobile phone

Locals of Jeerabhawani rural municipality-1 Mahadevpatti on Saturday publicly humiliated a local youth on the charge of stealing a mobile phone. After a meeting of local elders, locals shaved and put a garland of shoes around the neck of 17-year-old Bikram Mahato who was accused of stealing a mobile phone from the house of Manilal Sah.
